Board of Director (BOD) Meeting Schedule The Board of Directors meets monthly, often by conference call. Meetings typically begin at 6:30 pm and end by 8:30 pm. Any member is welcome to attend -- just curious or possibly interested in joining the board! Please contact any one of the Board members before the meeting to verify meeting time, place and possible call-in options. Please email suggested agenda topics to president@bostonapics.org.
